Shredders
We manufacture a range of Shredding machines ranging from 400mm to 2000mm cutting width with output levels from 500kg to 2000kg per hour. These machines can be supplied as standard strip cut or strip cross/cut units. All are equipped as standard with conveyor belt feed and electrical control.
Animal Bedding Shredders
- We specialise in two shredding units for the animal bedding market which are designed to work with our two main Complete Shredder-Baler Systems. They can also be purchased as stand alone units
- The animal bedding shredders, shred and chop the material, producing an output ideal for stable management
Tissue / Tea Bag Shredders
- Our tissue paper shredder systems use twin or triple offset shredder heads
- The output material is ideal for the small pet animal bedding industry
- Multiple offset shredder heads stop tissue paper from being compacted, important for small pet animal bedding, transportation packaging, presentation packaging and in the case of tea bags, material separation
Security Shredders
- An emphasis on reliable and safe document destruction
- Available both as standard strip cut machine or as shredder/ chopper to give a cross cut
- Standard machines are designed for DIN Level 2 security shredding, although this can be bespoke to suit security needs
- A range of cutter sizes and cutting infeed widths available
- Output levels from 500kg/ph to 2000kg/ph
